Rev. White Eagle is the president and director of the non- profit corporation, White Eagle Holistic Healing Center and its subsidiary Rocky Mountain Heartbeat Drums. For the past 35 years, White Eagle has been Motivational Speaker, Counselor, Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Minister and Holistic Health Consultant. On 10/25/95, after having discovered some Canadian Cree ancestry on his grandparents side and after 8 years of research, practice and study of Native American Spirituality and because of two mystical and inspiring spiritual journeys, his name was legally changed from Raymond O. Charest to White Eagle.

Since June of 2001, he has become involved in drumming and drum making. The result is a subsidiary that was legally named "Rocky Mountain Heartbeat Drums". Since its inception, he has had hundreds attend drumming circles with many making drums in his drum making workshops. Hundreds of his drums have been sold at craft fairs, including totem medicine bags, trap drum hides, drum Night lights and drum tote and storage bags, throughout Colorado and from the web site. Additionally, over the last two years, White Eagle has become involved in drumming therapy, working in retirement centers, elementary schools and care centers dealing with mental illnesses, assisted living, dementia, alzheimer's and also with Autistic children and critically ill children residing at Ronald McDonald House. Being a four time Toastmasters International trophy winner in Colorado, he is a much sought-after speaker.
